Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled before they are delivered to you.

If a cancellation is initiated after a product is dispatched, the refund will be processed only after we recieve the product. 

Please note that for certain modes of payment (such as COD), the refund will be given in the form of a coupon or store credit. You can use this credit to buy products from our store in the future.
